Kelly Adair has 10 years of experience within the medical industry and in the field of health technologies. He has been involved and engaged in all aspects of the medical industry, including; sales, marketing, research and education. Kelly's current responsibilities as Chief of Staff at The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research include, but are not limited to; overseeing all aspects of administrative and organizational operations, business development, and research and educational programming.
Prior to his commitment at the clinic and institute, Kelly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree (EMBA) from the University of Denver. While enrolled in his undergraduate studies, Kelly’s academic and professional emphasis was focused on strength conditioning with athletes, as well as basic movement awareness and muscle activation techniques for injury prevention. He has also played an integral role in developing the non-profit organization, MOVE, which is a program that works towards combating childhood obesity in lower income schools by promoting physical and emotional wellness through exercise. Kelly also serves on the board for a non-profit, The Pagaba Foundation, who's mission is to work towards saving the lives of young mothers and children through increased access to, and improvement of basic health care information in Burkina Faso, Africa.
When taking time away from his work responsibilities, Kelly enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife Stephanie, and his two Labradors, as well as supporting his hometown Minnesota hockey and football teams.
