Colin joined the SPRI team in March of 2017 as the Coordinator for the Surgical Skills Lab. Colin has had a lifelong interest in orthopedic surgery, and is excited by the opportunity to share his knowledge of orthopedic surgical techniques.
Colin earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduating, Colin spent 2 years working for Diversified Radiology in Denver with a specific interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging. It was through a relationship with a former Steadman Clinic MSK Fellow now working at Diversified Radiology, that Colin was referred to SPRI. Colin enjoys using his knowledge of MSK imaging to shape the way he teaches surgical skills.
Colin is a Colorado native from Boulder, CO and grew up as a competitive ski racer for the Winter Park Competition Center. He competed in the Junior Olympics for alpine ski racing at age 13, and he is excited to be back in a mountain town with easy access to the slopes. In addition to skiing, Colin is an avid tennis player, hiker, and all-around weekend warrior.
