Adam Goff
Research Assistant
Prior to joining SPRI, Adam received a BS in Biology at Wake Forest University, where he conducted adenovirus research in the Wake Forest School of Medicine (Ornelles Lab). Specifically, he investigated the role of E4of6, an adenovirus gene, during the production of recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV). Adam completed a senior thesis, “Splice Selection is Affected by Promoter Choice During Expression of the Adenovirus E4orf6 Gene,” that discovered additional limitations of the commercial production of rAAV.
Adam aspires to be a physician and is confident that SPRI is the ideal medium to blend his molecular research and medical passions prior to medical school. While in Vail, Adam is looking forward to skiing, hiking, and camping.
