This department is responsible for managing all fund-raising aspects of the Institute as well as patient outreach, public relations, marketing, and special events.

The Institute organizes special events each year, for example:

• The Steadman Philippon Research Institute Golf Classic at Sanctuary
• Vail Scientific Summit
• Injury Prevention Symposium
