From SPRI Chief Medical Officer Dr. Robert F. LaPrade, MD, PhD:
"It is my pleasure as the sports medicine fellowship deputy director to announce that a SPRI sports medicine fellow was awarded an international fellow research award this past Saturday in Munich, Germany.
Since the opening of the new SPRI Laboratories in 2011, there have been two fellowship classes that have had the opportunity to perform quality research within BioMedical Engineering, and the second fellowship class with a member to win an international award.
